Explanations.
Ok so that picture from yesterday was of a Burlesque troupe that I was sent to photograph yesterday at their screening party. They Invited me to their live show last night at the mall across from the Egyptian theatre here in Park City, Utah. The show was great. Check out their stuff at www.itsachick.com.

Sundance 2004 Day 5
Through A bit of luck I scored a ticket to the Midnight screening of "We Don't Live Here Anymore". I was standing in front of the Egyptian theatre taking pictures when someone just offered me a ticket. I had to rush over to the Librabry Center Theatre in a cab to make the show but it was worth it. The film was directed by John Curran and stars Naomi Watts, Laura Dern, Mark Ruffalo and Peter Krause. The script - written in the late 70's - centers around the life of two couples who fall into the abyss of some semi-voluntary wife swapping.

Sundance Day 3
Got off my 12 hour shift today just in time to go and see the most disturbing and disgusting horror film in recent memory. Leave it to the French to out-do the Americans in senseless violence and camp. Directed by Alexandre Aja the film "Haut Tension" (High Tension) is a must see for anyone who liked Kill Bill. Topping it all off the film has an obvious yet unpredictable twist ending.

Sundance 2004
The first day of Sundance has been a cold one that's for sure. Though it doesn't seem to affect the locals as much as us west coast babies. I hiked up the ski slope to get this shot of downtown Park City tonight, after tumbling down the slope in darkness I realize a flashlight would have been a smart idea.
