Modest Mouse in Concert at Avalon Hollywood
So these guys are huge now and everyone seems to say they've sold out, and having seen the minivan commercial I tend to agree. They still make really good records though and their shows get better and better every time I go. Check it out here.
The Walkmen in Concert
The Walkmen are opening for Modest Mouse right now and headlining their own shows inbetween. they're playing again on the 22 here in LA. I'm going to try and shoot them again before they start making mini-van commercials too. Check it out here..

Fireworks
I went to Coronado for the Fourth of July, The population of the island probably doubles on the Fourth and ten minutes after the fireworks are over the whole town stands up and walks home or drives a motor home full of friends three blocks back to the house.
